Tail Attachment

Here is the finished tail attached to the fuselage.

The view looking back the fuselage... Hopefully that tail looks straight. I certainly measured it enough that it ought to be straight by that fact alone! You can also see the wonderful seat back in the picture.

Here is the completed tail structure. The aluminum tubes help support the tail, but can be easily removed to take the tail apart.

The ends of the tube attach with these fittings to bolt through the wood structure.

Lots going on in the picture. This is where most everything at the tail comes together and is bolted, hinged, attached etc.
